MICHAEL IOANNOU
Founder & CEO

Michael Ioannou attended the Aveda Institute in New York City for his Esthetics certification, as well as SUNY Empire State College for his Bachelors degree in Business. Michael believes in a balance between mind, body and spirit, infusing Ayuervedic and Aromatherapy Techniques into his treatments. Years invested in retail, management, education, and clinical services have culminated into the experience of The Skin Fusion Spa. Tired of feeling like he was working at a corporate environment, Michael wanted to create a space that was more personal for his clients. A place where the client’s needs came first, and not the sales quotas from a corporation.
At Skin Fusion Spa, you can experience a vast array of Michael’s specialties, including facial treatments, Hydrafacial and cosmetic laser. Laser technology is available for those that require collagen stimulation, smoothing of fine lines, rosacea, acne management and hair removal. Instead of in and out “cookie cutter” services, he focuses on personalized treatments with in depth analysis and education. The goal is for all clients to leave not only looking good, but feeling special.

Michael believes in using the finest pharmaceutical grade products working with diverse skin types. His partnership with Circadia Skin and HydraFacial sets him apart as one of New York City's leading Estheticians.
Marco is a New York State licensed esthetician with over five years of experience in medical aesthetics. Specializing in advanced laser treatments and high end facial treatments, Marco takes a results driven approach to skin health, combining clinical knowledge with customized treatment plans tailored to each client’s individual needs.

Known for his personable and approachable nature, Marco prioritizes making every client feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout their treatment journey. He believes in treating the skin with intention while supporting each client’s overall sense of wellness, confidence, and long term skin health.

As a Christine Valmy graduate and Medical Aesthetician at Skin Fusion Spa, I specialize in advanced skin health, combining clinical treatments with personalized solutions for long-term results.

My expertise in medical-grade skincare and advanced treatments allows me to create customized plans for concerns like acne, hyperpigmentation, signs of aging, and compromised skin barriers. With a background as an Aesthetic Medical Assistant in Dermatology and experience in holistic spas, I offer a balanced approach that bridges the gap between luxury skincare and medical aesthetics.
Yurii Starko is a New York State licensed esthetician focused on improving skin quality through personalized, results-driven facial care. His approach combines refined hands-on techniques with advanced skin knowledge to support visible clarity, balance, and long-term skin health.

He specializes in acne, rosacea, pigmentation, and aging-related skin concerns, with an emphasis on skin barrier support and adaptive treatment planning. Yurii’s work is guided by how the skin responds in real time, allowing each session to be both restorative and effective.

With experience in both telemedicine and wellness-focused healthcare, Avisha believes in treating the root cause of health concerns rather than simply managing symptoms. She is dedicated to empowering patients with the education, tools, and support needed to improve their overall health, confidence, and quality of life.

Gentiana is a highly skilled aesthetic injector with training from Columbia University in Manhattan. She began her career as an Oncology Nurse, certified in administering chemotherapy, where she developed her meticulous attention to detail and compassionate approach to patient care.
Today, she brings that same precision and care to aesthetics, which is her true passion, specializing in Botox, dermal fillers, and PRP treatments. Gentiana blends medical expertise with an artistic eye to deliver results that are balanced, and confidence enhancing. For her, aesthetics is more than injections, it's about building trust, and helping them feel empowered and radiant.
